Description

The ultimate lift kit for your 2018+ Jeep Gladiator JT! Our Overland Plus suspension systems were designed to meet both your demanding off-road AND on-road needs.
Available in both 2.5 inch and 3.5 inch lift variants, all eight of the adjustable control arms included in our Overland Plus systems feature our dual durometer Giiro Joint bushings at both ends.
These are our free pivoting, self-centering, silent in operation, and maintenance-free bushings that make our kits ride like butter no matter what’s underneath your vehicle.
If that all sounds like it’s too good to be true, that’s because it should be – but the structured anatomy of our Giiro bushings matched with their superior material formulation allows two distant worlds to meet as one, providing you the desired comfort of a daily driver and then easily transitioning to meet the extreme demands of rugged off-road terrain. This is a fully adjustable, 100 percent bolt on, maintenance-free suspension system that’s truly worthy of your Jeep Gladiator JT build.
Now available specifically for your Diesel Gladiator! Designed utilizing a slightly higher free length, as well as an increased spring rate of 216 lbs/in, these springs are built to handle the extra weight of your diesel engine while offering the same smooth and comfortable driving experience as our non-diesel coils.
This kit will allow for 37 inch tires on a Rubicon and 35 inch tires on a Sport or Sahara model. Both options require proper backspacing to clear.

What’s Included:
CONTROL ARMS: Setting proper axle position, pinion angles and caster angles is critical to delivering a smooth on road ride, great off-road flex and overall performance. When everything is adjusted properly your vehicle just works better, not only day one, but for years to come.
Our Gladiator control arms feature a unique bushing which utilizes a large outside knurled washer to allow greater surface area and therefore a superior clamping force. Proper clamping force is critical in eliminating death wobble issues and overall handling. Lower control arm housings also use a super thick 5/16s housing to eliminate any worry of denting or ripping the housing apart.
A premium tube insert is pressed into the alternate end, plug welded, and then fully robotic welded for maximum penetration, consistency, and precision.
TRACK BARS: Setting a proper vehicle track is important for both handling and on-road performance. Our track bars are constructed using extra thick 1 3/8 x 5/16 DOM tubing, which gives us a thicker wall diameter and is especially important around the Johnny Joint adjuster.
This JT specific rod end gives us a simple bolt in design, is easily adjustable, and is specifically designed with a longer body to provide greater access to the jam nut. The frame end uses a dual durometer, self-centering, silent in operation, and maintenance free Giiro bushing to help with road noise isolation. Note: This Kit Now features our Brand New JT Rear Track Bar With a Tire Clearance Bend
COIL SPRINGS: Linear rate, dual rate, triple rate, what do you reall
COIL SPRINGS: Linear rate, dual rate, triple rate, what do you really need? We actually use all 3 variants depending on the vehicle, height and capacity requirements. Linear coils have a single spring rate and are evenly spaced top to bottom which makes them a great option for most applications. The main advantage being that the coils don’t touch each other, which can lead to wear and tear and eventually coil failure. The dual rate coil has a tight set of coils usually around the top, and then a second set of coils with more traditional spacing below.
Dual rate coils do not ride any better than single rate coils despite popular belief. The first rate is usually completely compressed and acts only as a spacer, its purpose is to provide a longer free length coil so at maximum articulation the coil does not unseat.
Since there is no coil post or lower internal retainer in the rear of the JT, a dual or triple rate coil is necessary. In the JT’s case a triple rate coil is better suited due to the additional cargo area and weight. All of our coils are finished in black using a SealKor zinc-rich powder coat to help in the prevention of rust and corrosion.
SWAY BAR LINKS: Proper sway bar angles result in better handling and increase off-road performance. The more you lift your vehicle, the more necessary proper sway bar angles become.  Longer sway bar links will make sure your links are not acting as limiting straps, and will also help out on-road to control body roll. Our links are 100% bolt in, come pre-greased, and use Teflon coated heim joints.
BUMP STOPS: Bump stops are another simple yet effective component used to limit up travel either before your tire runs out of room, or your shock runs out of travel. The front bump stops are 3 1/4tall made from UHMW and can be cut to customize up travel. Rear bump stops are 3 inch tall steel spacers, and come pre-drilled for optional bolt-on spacers for those of you looking to customize your rear up travel.
